It's geared a little more to advanced exercisers, but the choreography is fairly basic and you will definately feel this the next day. <br />There are three workouts that combine toning and aerobics together which are about a half an hour each. This way, you're burning fat and toning muscles at the same time. Maybe an hour in the morning, and an additional 1 or 2 hours in the evening. it takes me 45-50 minutes to do 4 miles on the Nordic Track. When I did 6, it took me just under 80 minutes. I try to do it when my kids are asleep. I am a stay at home mom, and we don't do much besides go on walks to the library & go to the pool. So for me, I'm lucky. It's easy. If I were working, I would never be able to find the time! <br /><br />As for Jillian telling me to slow down - ha! I just ordered PGX fiber because Dr. Oz was touting its effects and as someone with good knowledge in nutrition/health, it seems like a brilliant way to keep blood sugar levels even. My problem all my life was hummingbird syndrome--very energetic and athletic, but didn't want to sit for meals so ate candy bars, cookies to keep going and always crashing and feeling starved. I've found since going vegetarian and having a high fiber diet, there hasn't been any binges.
